Terms of Service✩

Please read all TOS before proceeding for a commission.
This is also written on my commission request form. Thank you!

  1. Commission communication will be done through email. Please use an email you can access easily.

  2. Your request for a commission must be confirmed and accepted by me through email (after you fill out my commission request form). Your request might be refused if I cannot fulfill your request !

  3. A commission will take roughly 1-2 months to complete. If I think your request may take longer, I'll let you know early. You can also request an set finish date through my commission form/email.

  4. There is a possibility that I may show your commission on my Twitter/X or portfolio but it will always be protected with a watermark if posted publicly. Please let me know if you do not wish for your commission to be shown.

  5. [For commercial commissions] If you would like to commission art for commercial usage, please inform me in your initial request.

  6. Any art commissioned from me (both personal and commercial) is strictly prohibited from any AI and/or NFT related usage.

  7. Payment will be done through PayPal. Other payment methods can be discussed in the initial request but are not guaranteed (also may result in a request cancellation if no other payment method is viable).

  8. No refunds are allowed once the first sketch is sent to you, unless there are extreme circumstances preventing the completion of your commission. Full refund policy is here.

  9. The timeline for your commission is here for you to refer to as you wish. This is the general process for your commission.

  10. Please feel free to ask any questions or concerns through my email at any time throughout your commission. Thank you!

Refund policy✩

  • Before any sketches are sent, you have the opportunity to cancel your request. Please cancel promptly as this is the only time a refund will be allowed. Sketches will typically take 2-5 days to complete.

  • If you cancel your request, you will not receive any sketches and a full refund will be given. Once the sketch has been sent, all refunds will be prohibited. Thank you for your understanding.

  • The only exception is if I am somehow unable to complete your commission due to unexpected circumstance. In that case, I would refund you fully.

Process timeline✩

Please refer to this timeline first for the expected progress on your commission!Timeline might go faster or slower depending on your request; this is also my first time doing these commission style so thank you for understanding ^^

  1. Please request your desired commission through the commission form.

  2. Once your commission request is accepted, I will notify you through email. Please reply confirming your request in a timely manner (up to 48 hours).

  3. After you’ve confirmed your request, we can discuss more details about your commission.

  4. Payment of 100% of the commission price is expected after you confirm your request and we discuss details. I can wait up to a week to receive payment; if no payment is received, I will send an email canceling your request in respect of our time.

  5. When payment is received, I will start on the sketch. After 2-5 days, I will send you the rough sketch (base composition and poses, no/some color). At this point, you have the option to request any changes to the pose, color palette, or composition*. I can correct the sketch up to 2-3 times.

  6. Once you are satisfied and approve of the sketch, I will start rendering and adding more values/color. Depending on your commission, this may take 2-4 weeks.

  7. At about 50-70% completion, I will send you another progress shot. Only minor changes (specific colors, incorrect design details, etc) will be accepted*.

  8. Depending on your commission, the final piece will be sent after around 1-2 months through email as a PNG file. If you would prefer a different format (PDF, TIFF, etc) please let me know then. Thank you!

*Please note: All feedback is optional. If you like the sketch/WIP as is, you don’t need to give me any feedback for change, just let me know you approve ^^

what program and tools do you use for drawing?

Nowadays, I mainly use Clip Studio Paint for both sketching and painting the entire process. I also like to draw a lot traditionally in a regular sketchbook.Sometimes, I sketch with Procreate on iPad but then my Apple pencil died.For tablet, I use Huion Kamvas 13 (my first display tablet!). I used to use the old Wacom Intuos medium. Both are good ( ˘˘)✧

can I use/repost your art?

Please do NOT repost my art, especially without credit.It's okay to use my art for personal usage. For example, you can use my art for personal phone or desktop wallpaper.If you want to use my image for a profile picture or header, please include credit (@nocetus).

can I print your art?

Please do not print or produce any commercial merchandise of my art.(´･ω･`)
